Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days depending on your location within India.
You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999
- Flat ₹99 shipping fee on orders below ₹1,999
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes across India. A ₹100 convenience fee applies to COD orders. Verification may be required before dispatch.
Packaging
All products are securely packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. As natural stones and crystals are unique, slight surface variations may occur and are not considered defects.
