We deliver within 5–8 business days across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Yes! Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free shipping across India. Orders below ₹1,499 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99. We currently ship within India only.

Yes, COD is available with a convenience fee of ₹100. You will receive a WhatsApp OTP verification before your order is confirmed for COD.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Selenite products are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us at support@soulolith.com.

Yes — every crystal is cleansed and charged under moonlight before it is packed and shipped. We also set positive intentions for each order. Your crystal arrives energetically ready for you.

Cleanse your crystals monthly under moonlight or with sage smoke. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight as it can fade certain stones. Set your intention before wearing or placing them. Store separately to prevent scratches. Selenite and salt lamps should be kept away from moisture.
