We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every Soulolith purchase. As each natural stone is unique, slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern may occur.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear photo or video of the issue must be shared with our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Fragile products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your customer account and open your order history.
  2. Select the order and click "Request Return".
  3. Choose the item(s), mention the reason, and upload photos/videos if required.
  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  5. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

You may also contact us directly at info@soulolith.com with your order number, product name, and supporting photos.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer after verification.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and mention the replacement product in your request notes. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and price differences, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@soulolith.com. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
